<p>In every primary Actions Window within Server Administrator, you will see the
following buttons in the upper right corner: <b>Print</b>, <b>Export</b>,
<b>Email</b>,
and <b>Refresh</b>. </p>
<p>The following table explains the function of each button.</p>

<td width="70%" valign="top">Prints a copy of the open window to your default printer. </td>

<td width="30%" valign="top"><b>Export</b></td>
<td width="70%" valign="top">Saves a text file
containing the contents of the open window (the values of each data field
separated by a customizable delimiter) to a destination you specify. See the <i> Server Administrator User's Guide</i> for instructions on
setting the customizable delimiter.</td>

<td width="70%" valign="top">E-mails the contents of this window to your designated
recipient. See the <i> Server Administrator User's Guide</i> for instructions on configuring your
Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) server.
<p><strong><span class="notes">NOTE:</span></strong> E-mails can contain
attachments. Select the
check box if you are attaching a file to the e-mail. All attachments are
added to one <b>.zip</b> file, although they appear as <b>.html </b>files.</p>
